Every day the menu includes dishes prepared according to ancient traditions, cooked “as it once was” to ensure the unmissable taste of Romagna cuisine. Every day it is possible to find cured meats, meat, fish and other DOC and Protected Geographical Indication products, pasta and handmade desserts on the table.
